Moisture Controls Inc. has its corporate offices located in Boiling Springs Pa. We are representing roofing and waterproofing services in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Washington, D.C., Michigan, Texas and the US Virgin Islands.

The History of Moisture Controls Incorporated

The firm was established in 1986. Moisture Controls Inc. is a nationally and internationally recognized firm in the roofing and waterproofing industry. We have developed roofing and waterproofing standards for an international client for its North American Facilities, and we have provided roofing services to many Fortune 100 clients, federal, state, and local government agencies, as well as school districts and universities and colleges.

Our Founder and CEO

John J. Korutz, President, is the founder and CEO of Moisture Controls Inc. He has over twenty-nine years of roofing sales, marketing, and design experience. Prior to establishing Moisture Controls Inc., John was employed by roofing contractors and roofing manufacturers, as well as by roofing consultants to architects and engineers.

John has been published in trade magazines for technical design accomplishments, and is the lead designer for an environmentally safe roofing /waterproofing system that was developed in 1995. Qualifications are based on education and on extensive experience and related research in USA, Canada, and the Caribbean.

The combination of achievements and state-of-the-art technical acumen gives Moisture Controls Inc. a distinct advantage in the roofing/waterproofing industry.
